I was born in Peru, and moved to Queens, NY at the age of 9. Growing up in a diverse community in Queens allowed me to make friends from different cultures and countries. Coming from a multicultural neighborhood has also given me the skills to be successful in many work environments by my ability to comprehend that not everyone has the same thoughts or beliefs on a certain subject, process, or ideology.
After graduating from Syracuse University I took my talents to San Diego and decided to make it my new home. I then increased my knowledge base by learning the skills to become a Full Stack Web Developer in UCSD Extension. I found out that programming is something that allows me to express my imagination in many ways, and has not only given me the skills to create useful apps and websites for me, but also for the people around me.
When I'm not working, I’ll be socializing, playing soccer, running by the beach, watching an interesting documentary on TV, or building LEGOs.
